BRYAN
BORENSTEIN
Bryan is both a Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Nutritionist.
He has been working with professional bodybuilders for several
years. Bryan also has 8 years experience in Tae-Kwan Do. For
the past 3 years, Bryan has been training with World Reknowned
Trainer Charles Glass. Bryan has also designed training and
nutrition programs for US Navy Seals. |

CAITLIN DAVIS
Caitlin is a personal trainer and former member of the University of Washington women's crew team. Having been involved in sports her whole life, including volleyball, crew, tennis and distance running, she brings with her a variety of experience and expertise in both cardiovascular and strength training. She loves working with people and helping them live a full life through a healthy life style |

AARON
MITCHELL
Aaron is a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor
with ISO and ACE certification. He has been involved and competed
in athletics most of his life. Aaron has an extensive naval
background with an E4 rating. He is also a naturally high impact
type of trainer who brings intensity to the Extreme Boot Camp
team. |

TYRUS "TJ" NELSON
TJ is an American Council on Exercise certified personal trainer and has been an athlete for nearly all his life. He has been active in football, basketball and track and has received many awards, county, state, and nation- wide. When presented with an athletic scholarship, TJ instead chose to join the United States Marine Corps where he served for 5 years. He has coached on many different sports and has been involved with personal training for nearly 7 years. |
