ALEX USATEGUI
Alex is a certified personal trainer with the National Association of Sports and Medicine as both a personal trainer and a performance enhancement specialist and through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a certified strength and conditioning specialist. He holds a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology. He has worked as a strength and conditioning coach at the high school level as well as coaching tennis and track & field. He has traveled the country lecturing on such topics as senior fitness and youth development, more notably at the NSCA national conference in Indianapolis and the ECA world fitness conference in Miami. |

JAMES
KESHAVARZ
James Keshavarz is a certified personal trainer with the Aerobics Fitness
Association of America. A former member of the Air Force Auxiliary, training
in search and rescue, James has also trained for urban search and rescue,
confined-space rescue, and wild land rescue. James is the founder of, and
instructor for, Runners High Training Program, which specializes in running
technique and endurance workouts. He is currently a high school and college
Track and Field Coach with a specialty in pole vault. He has competed in
triathlons, marathons, steeplechase, and pole vault. |

CAROLINE GLADWIN
Caroline is an American Council on Exercise certified personal trainer. She recently moved to LA from London where she worked as a Personal Trainer and taught step-aerobics. She has traveled all over the UK competing in national swimming galas and has been active in a variety of sports her whole life. She enjoys hiking, weight lifting, swimming, badminton, and cycling. Caroline thrives on new challenges and is passionate about helping others achieve their best potential and meet their ultimate fitness goals.

JEANPAUL SANPEDRO
JeanPaul is a certified personal trainer with the American Muscle and Fitness Personal Training Institute. He has a strong athletic background and has been trained in kickboxing, boxing and MMA. JeanPaul also has abundant knowledge in nutrition and supplementation. He loves personal training because he feels that seeing his clients reach their goal is one of the most rewarding feeling there is. He also has a BA in Communications with a minor in Psychology.

CRAIG BAROODY
Craig has been involved in athletics since he was five years old and has competed in a multitude of sports including soccer, baseball, football and tennis. His passion, however, is in basketball. Craig has toured the country playing in 3-on-3 basketball tournaments (Hoop It Up) and winning the Nationals in 2003. He is still involved in basketball and is now a proud member of the Extreme Team, bringing his competitive spirit to boot campers! |
