BRYAN
BORENSTEIN
Bryan is both a Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Nutritionist.
He has been working with professional bodybuilders for several
years. Bryan also has 8 years experience in Tae-Kwan Do. For
the past 3 years, Bryan has been training with World Reknowned
Trainer Charles Glass. Bryan has also designed training and
nutrition programs for US Navy Seals. |

JEREMY NUSSBAUM
Jeremy is a certified personal trainer with the National Association of Sports Medicine who has been involved in the fitness industry for the past 6 years. He incorporates his knowledge of both functional daily training with sports specific training. Jeremy is an avid outdoor recreational athlete and has an extensive knowledge of both sports rehabilitation and injury prevention. |

ETHAN WOLF
Ethan is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Ethan also has a Bachelor of Science in exercise and sport sciences. While he used to wrestle in college, Ethan is now a recreational Athlete. Hip Hop dancing, feats of strength and gymnastics are just a few of his personal hobbies. Ethan has been a professional personal trainer for over four years and is an expert in functional sport- specific strength training, gymnastics, in-home / gym-less training and more. When working with any individual, Ethan uses a comprehensive approach to health and wellness to help any person reach their fitness goals.. |
