Everything you need to know about Extreme Boot Camp®

What should I bring and wear?

Running shoes
Exercise mat (not yoga)
Water
Pair of dumbbells 5 lb. for women and 10-12 lb. for men

Layered attire for outdoors
Weightlifting gloves (optional)
Mess Log containing holistic nutrition advice and logs will be
an additional $10.

How long is each camp?

All camps are monthly based unlimited sessions, Monday through Saturday, and each workout session is one hour.

What does a typical day at boot camp look like?

That’s hard to say, because every day is different. One day could be an endurance day; another could be a strengthening day; yet another could be an obstacle-course day. At Extreme Boot Camp®, we work to challenge every muscle in your body, from your fast-twitch to your slow-twitch muscle fibers, keeping your body challenged and your mind interested at the same time.

Will I be sore?

In a word: Yes. The first two to three weeks will be the toughest for your body to adjust to. However, once you acclimate to the program, you’ll feel sore less often. Remember, it’s a good thing! We work on stretching, warm-ups, and cool-downs to help minimize the soreness.

When will I start seeing results?

Within the first week—and sometimes, within the first three days! If you follow the program with maximum effort, you can expect to see amazing results, such as increased muscle tone, loss of inches from head to toe, increased stamina, better sleep, faster metabolism (which burns the stored body fat), and most of all, the happiness that comes with being a healthier person!

What do I need for boot camp?

We ask that you have a pair of 5-12 lb dumbbells, an exercise mat, (not a yoga mat), a good pair of running shoes, and water.

What is the difference between Extreme and Basic boot camp?

Extreme Boot Camp® involves running, sprinting, and high-impact exercises, whereas basic boot camp involves power walking, power hiking, and low-impact—but not low-intensity exercises

Is camp ever cancelled due to weather?

Never! Rain or shine there will be a trainer present to greet you with a great workout! Workouts may be relocated due to weather issues to alternate locations assigned for such circumstances. Alternate locations are used as needed due to weather. Please see your trainer for details.

What to expect during an orientation?

Orientation takes place at your earliest convenience! During your personalized orientation, you will receive more details on what awaits you, you will participate in your initial fitness testing to give you an initial baseline so you can see how you have improved and given a Mess Log as an option.

Is there a nutrition service offered?

We offer our Mess Log which is a nutrition guide for $10. Our nutrition guide is specifically designed with boot camp activity in mind to maximize weight loss.

Can I get a refund for my camp purchase?

We encourage you to make the most of your purchase, as all camp purchases are final and non-refundable.
