AYANNA SELVEY
Ayanna has always enjoyed keeping fit and staying in shape. She was active in track, cheerleading, drill team, soccer, tennis, and swimming while growing up and she is an avid runner and enjoys weight training as an adult. After her first child, she found herself in a physical rut and was looking for a drastic and highly effective lifestyle change. Extreme Boot Camp provided her such an opportunity and after participating in the 6-week program at the Downtown L.A. location, it became clear that EBC’s philosophy mirrored her own. As part of the Extreme Team, Ayanna is thrilled to be able to help other people meet their fitness and lifestyle goals. |
