STEVEN DAVIS
Steven is both a certified personal trainer and certified nutritionist and has a degree in Biology. He has spent most of his time studying nutrition and health sciences while undertaking a pre-med education. Steven was the head trainer for the volleyball and basketball teams in his university and trained runners for the "Race for the Cure." He has experience in working with members of the U.S. Army, Israeli Defense Force, L.A.P.D., L.A. County Sheriffs and a former Miss Universe contestant. |

ROBERT TORRES
Robert is a NASM certified personal trainer with specialties in corrective exercise, optimum performance training, and health foundations. During High School, Robert played Junior Varsity and Varsity Football. After High School he attended the Touch Therapy Institute and A2Z Health, during this time he was trained in handling sports injuries and rehabilitation. Robert best describes his method of training as "Loud and Proud" – Loud to motivate and proud to help you accomplish your goals! |

BEN WIGGINS
Ben has participated in several sports at an elite level. He was a gold medalist with Team USA in the 4x400m relay, and a silver medalist in the 400-meter hurdles, at the NACAC International Under-23 championships in 2004. Ben was also a US Olympic Trials semifinalist in the 400-meter hurdles the same year. He was a 2 year starter as a wide receiver at Rice University, and spent three years coaching football at Texas A&M. He has trained with Crossfit and played in amateur basketball tournaments the last three years, and is now happy to be a part of the Extreme Team. |

JUSTIN GARFIELD
Justin is a former U.S. Marine Infantrymen and member of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary. He is also a Certified Russian Kettlebell and CrossFit Instructor. He has been featured on Fox 11 News for his Kettlebell Instruction as well as being published in Tapout Magazine, a monthly mixed martial arts magazine. He received his certification as a Russian Kettlebell Challenge Instructor from Pavel Tsatsouline, a former Russian Special Forces instructor, and Subject Matter Expert to elite units of the US military and law enforcement groups. Justin has provided Kettlebell instruction for current UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Quinton “Rampage” Jackson. Justin is currently studying for his Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and the Korean martial art of Hap Ki Do. He volunteers time to provide kettlebell and CrossFit instruction to fire, military and law enforcement units in Southern California. He would like to establish himself as a strength and conditioning coach and plans on one day creating a fitness, sports and motivational work camp for underprivileged and orphaned children. |

ZACHARY HERBERT
Zachary is a certified personal trainer with the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. He has been involved in the fitness world for over ten years and is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys hiking, mountain biking, swimming, and road biking. Zachary is a competitive endurance athlete and enjoys the thrill and excitement of competitive races. A native Texan, Zachary was raised on football and still enjoys playing whenever possible. His is currently a law student at Pepperdine University. |
